Refund Policy
At University of Toys (UOT), we aim to deliver joyful learning experiences for every child. We understand that sometimes plans change — and we’re here to help!
General Policy:
We offer refunds for eligible courses and programs within a specific time frame, depending on the type of purchase.
Digital Programs & Courses (including SEL):

Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 10% of the content has been accessed.

No refund after course is 10% or more completed or after 7 days.
Physical Products / Kits / Merchandise:

Refunds available only for damaged, defective, or missing items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share an unboxing video or image proof for a quick resolution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Workshops & Events:

Full refund if canceled 72 hours prior to the event.

50% refund if canceled 24–72 hours prior.

No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.
